Fourteen projects are set to benefit from a Sh1.9 billion grant from the Government of Denmark.
The funds will be channelled through the Community Development Trust Fund and Danish International Development Agency, Danish Ambassador to Kenya Geert Aagaard Anderson said.
Speaking in Siaya County when he signed an agreement for construction of a Sh20 million Ting’are Bono water project, he said the funds would be released in three phases over five years.
